M4 – One lane closed and slow traffic due to stalled vehicle on M4 Eastbound from J11 A33 Basingstoke Road (Reading) to J10 A329(M) (Wokingham / Bracknell). Lane one (of four) is closed. M48 – Slow traffic on M48 Westbound between M4 and J1 B4461 (Aust). In the construction area. Traffic is diverting the earlier M4 Prince of Wales closure. A main carriageway closure is in place at J1 adding to the delays.

Average speed five mph. Delays easing. M25 – One lane blocked and queueing traffic due to stalled car on M25 anticlockwise from J26 A121 (Waltham Abbey) to J25 A10 Great Cambridge Road (Enfield). Lane one (of four) is blocked just before the tunnel.
